The business begins franchising, expanding quickly into Kentucky and neighboring states with over ten locations.
1960
Pasquale's expands into Alabama, opening locations in and around Birmingham.
1977
The franchise network reaches an all-time high of 244 locations across the country.
Today
Our locations carries on the original recipes, the original spirit, and the same commitment to handmade food that started it all.
What We Stand For
Still Here. Still Homemade.
Through all the years, nothing much has changed — and that's exactly the point. The same dough recipe. The same slow-simmered sauce. The same faces behind the counter.
We're not trying to be the newest thing in town. We're proud to be the oldest. Come in, sit down, and stay a while. You're family here.

Handmade Daily
Every dough ball, every sauce batch, every pasta portion — made fresh in our kitchen before we open the doors.
Original Recipes
We haven't changed the recipes because we don't need to. They were right the first time.
Community First
We've watched generations of families grow up at these tables. That's not something you take lightly.
